تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن إسهامات الجرائم الالكترونية في انتهاك حقوق الإنسان المنصوص عليها وطنيا و دوليا.
و بناء على هذه الدراسة التحليلية خلصنا إلى أن الحديث عن مفهوم حقوق الإنسان في ظل الإجرام الحاسوبي يتسم بالضبابية و اللبس ذلك أن الإنسان الرقمي اليوم أصبح يعيش في عالم معلوماتي يصعب التحكم فيه أو مجابهة تداعياته مما يسهل المساس بحقه الإنساني و كرامته
Abstract EN
This researched paper aims to uncover the contributions of the electronic crime to the violation of human rights stipulated nationally and internationally.
And based on this analytical study, we have concluded that talking about the conception of human rights under the cybercrime is characterized by blurring and confusion, because the digital human is living in an electronic world that is difficult to control or confront its repercussions, which facilitates the infringement of the human right and dignity
