In the frame of international technology exchange, the phenomenon of technological knowledge monopolizing by means secrecy has spread, which had led to say that national and international legal protection of trade and industrial secrecy must be provided, within the framework of so-called trade secrets or undisclosed informations.

This study first identified, the concept of trade secrets and then laid out the basis for their legal protection.
