As a result of the continuous increase that the interest in combating organized crime in its various forms, especially financial ones, is gaining, after the repercussions of financial violations of some major of international companies, whether foreign or Arab, a number of international organizations have been keen to address this concept with analysis and study, to assist countries to develop and to apply corporate governance.

The interest to corporate governance in banks is a key element in improving economic efficiency, and reducing organized crime, as this poor governance can affect economic and financial stability.

The best evidence for this is what happened in the crisis of the Khalifa Bank in Algeria.
