This study aims to demonstrate how to activate the control of the administrative judge power over the management of local authorities, given that the Algerian State has recently been called upon to prepare an effective and efficient strategic vision to qualify the system of control exercised over the members or actions of municipalities and states in order to protect the conduct of their local affairs, taking into account The necessary and distinctive characteristic of modern democratic countries is that it is a state of enlarged regional decentralization and that the achievement of development in all its dimensions depends on the existence of reforms of the judicial control of governance in monitoring the performance of local authorities.
