بلا شك ان للافتراضات التي قامت عليها الاستراتيجيات الدولية و الاقليمية تجاه الشرق الاوسط ستشهد تغييرات واضحة نتيجة لأسباب متعددة اهمها اختلاف طبيعة التوازنات و تغير نمط الصراع و التوجه نحو بناء محاور صراع استراتيجية على اسس مختلفة بالإضافة الى تحولات القوة.
و على هذا الاساس فان الأسس و المرتكزات القديمة التي كانت سائدة في مرحلة سابقة ان تشهد تحولا أو تكيفا مع معطيات المرحلة الراهنة لأنها لم تعد قادرة على البقاء متماسكة.
و نتيجة لإدراك القوى المتنافسة لطبيعة معطيات المرحلة الجديدة فأنها تسير الى ادخال تغييرات تكتيكية في استراتيجيتها كأحد انماط الاستجابة لتحول انماط العلاقات الإقليمية و الدولية أو تغير بيئة الصراع و شكل التوازنات
Abstract EN
In the coming years, the Middle East will remain an area of international concern in the face of an escalating conflict and the growing strength of regional parties.
Therefore, the prospect of continued competition between the international and regional powers will lead to the emergence of another type of conflict.
Therefore, we can ask a number of questions, the most important of which is the new competition and what its foundations and what are the centers of conflict and its new assumptions and management.
