عمل المرأة و مشكلة التواصل الأسري : دراسة ميدانية استطلاعية على عينة من الأمهات العاملات

Abstract EN

There is no doubt that the changes that have occured in the family and women in recent decades, is considered as one of the most prominent and visible manifestations of the breakthroughs of modernity for our social fabric, so the entry of women in the field of work made the latest change in the family and increased the breath of her social roles, that made her in a conflict between her various roles as a wife, mother and employee which created the problem of family communication.

Through this intervention the researcher will try to answer the following problematic: TO what extent does the women's work affect the power of family communication within the modern Algerian family? The researcher relies on a half – wave interview technique that contained three main phases: the first phase about communicating with children where as the third one is about contact and communication with relatives.

The questions were addressed to an intentional non-probability sample of nine primary school women teachers at Sidi Belabbes(Algeria) using a descriptive analytical method.
