The study is a manifestation of the communication between Algeria and Tunisia during the period of the French occupation of the two countries during the nineteenth century, first in Algeria, which was the victim of early colonialism in 1830, which resulted in a great migration to the Arab world, especially the Tunisian country.

The Algerians were welcomed by the Tunisians and the right atmosphere to blow up their human potential, under the French protection of Tunisia.

The Algerian immigrants adopted the Tunisian quation, where they participated in the Tunisian reform and political movement.
