Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the effect of securitization on Egyptian banks' profitability, by comparing the profitability of a sample from these banks before and after applying securitization, in addition a sample of banks apply and those who don't.

And to achieve this aim, the researcher develops two hypotheses, the 1^st one is to measure the average of profitability ratio for the chosen banks before and after applying securitization.

The 2^nd one comparing the chosen banks' profitability applying securitization, and those who don't.
