The current research aims to: Know the effectiveness of the Six Dimensional Strategy (PDEODE) in mathematical achievement and thinking among fifth elementary pupils in mathematics.
The research sample consisted of (70) pupils, which were distributed into two control and experimental groups, and the two groups were equated with variables: (chronological age, previous information, choice of intelligence Parents' academic achievement and mathematical thinking).
Prepared two tests, the first of which was made up of 40 items and the Mathematical Reasoning Test consisted of 30 items, and both tests were of a multiple-choice type and the results of the research were: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) in the mean scores of the achievement test in mathematics and the mathematical reasoning test between the experimental group students who studied with the (PDEODE) strategy and the control group students who studied using the usual method for the benefit of the experimental group
