Abstract EN

This study aims to develop the skills of women sellers in the field of selling evening wear in women's stores to raise the level of job satisfaction and increase the confidence of clients in dealing with women sellers, as well as increase the confidence of women in themselves to advance to the labor market in stores selling women's evening clothes.

according to the 2030 vision of women and the labor market.

this was done through a computerized electronic software to train the vendors before they got a job in evening wear stores.

the sample of the study consisted of a random sample of disposables in Jeddah, and a sample of sales women in the shops specialized in evening wear in the commercial centers in the region.

the study followed the descriptive experimental approach, where a questionnaire for female consumers and another directed to female sellers was designed before training in order to collect data on the importance of female sellers undergoing pre-employment training.

then the proposed software was presented to a sample of the vendors and underwent a test to assess the knowledge and skills aspect before and after training in the software.

the data was processed and analyzed statistically by using the t-test for pre and post grades, and the results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed software in training and the superiority of the post-test with a high percentage.

the study also obtained a high approval rate from female consumers on the necessity of training female vendors before their employment.

the study recommended the possibility of generalizing the software to train female vendors before employing them in evening wear stores, and the role of training in increasing women's confidence and skill performance.
