This manuscript seeks to study the Arabic letter between the sound and phonetic semantic and to prove the phonetic semantic according to the pronunciation.

It is based on what came at sibawayh because the scientists followed his approach and then some of the efforts of western scientists and Arabic modernists.

This manuscript is dealf with the phonetic semantic to each letter.

It takes evidence of the semantic meaning of what is stated in the adaptations to prove systematic validity to this study.
