Abstract EN

This study aims to stand at the marginalized in modern Arabic poetry, as a desire from the researcher to find a literature that expresses the spirit of the nation and its originality, a literature close to the essential human case, and research in the depths of the matter away from the convictions of the institution protected by authority.

Marginal literature is the literature that left The Center's speech which believes in the final answers, the stable convinced of its gains, but the marginalized is who wants to leave, adventure and experimentation, it is looking forward to the future by all what is produced, but the marginalized is deprived of participation in building life, and marginal literature is the literature that can speak in about ented truths and have a desire to reform and change through the erosion of any attempt to present the truth and the erosion symbolizes to the simple and the essential; and because the marginalized person in the Arabic poem is able to express, and fragmentation and expatriate and out on the institution's regulations, we have seen that reading method is more effective In the treatment of this subject, and the difficulties faced by the research that some libraries do not allow the photocopying of university dissertations because of the fear from scientific steeling, so the share of university dissertations in our research was few, the search benefited from several sources, the most important: Legend and mythical formation in the poetry of Khazaal Al- Majdee, doctoral dissertation for SadikJabbar, the politics and authority of the language of Abdel Salam al-Massadi, and (eloquent of vision) by Huda Abu Ghunaimah.

This study, as it stands at the marginalized issue, it is also engaged in the myth of this marginalization, The research reached several results, including: The marginalized could appear in any place, and different eras, such as pre-Islam era it appeared in Poemsofwretches, so in Abbasid era it appeared in poetry of Abu Nawas and Bashar, but through the language of Baha'il, in our time it was manifested through the poets of modernity, because it is the language of the nation
