Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the practice degree of the aqiq province' schools leaders for the leadership principles in Islam and its relationship to administrative innovation, from the teachers point of view, as well as determine the significance of differences in sample study responses, according to some demographic variables (educational stage, years of experience, scientific qualification), and to achieve objectives of the study were followed descriptive approach with survey image.

Where the total number of (519) teachers has been applied, while the sample was in its final form of (441) teachers.

The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, consisting of (52) items distributed on two axes, then after verifying their validity and validity, the questionnaire was applied to the basic study sample.

The study found that the total score of the sample of the study sample of the teachers of the general education schools in Al Aqeeq governorate for the use of the leadership principles in Islam was (Larg) with mean (3.47), and St.

(1.14).

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) the first axis the use of the leadership principles in Islam, due to all its variables, also the total score for the assessment of the sample members of the study for administrative creativity was large, with mean (3.70) and St.

(0.98), while there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance α ≤ 0.05 in the total score and the dimensions of the second axis (administrative innovation), due to the demographic variables, while the results showed positive correlation and statistical function at (α ≤ 0.05) between the axes of the questionnaire.

Based on these findings, a number of recommendations were presented, including: Instructing school leaders to use the Shura principle and the principle of respect and appreciation of the other in managing their school affairs in particular, and encouraging school leaders to improve their creative abilities in the administrative work within their schools.
