The study aimed at presented a suggested Prospective for developing community partnership policies at Al-Azhar University in terms of its strategic orientation, through identifying the intellectual foundations of community partnership in university institutions in contemporary management thought, exploring the efforts of community partnership at Al-Azhar University according to its strategic orientation, revealing the consistencies and differences between the practices and efforts of community partnership at Al-Azhar University and its strategic orientation, and exploring and analyzing the most important difficulties in implementing community partnership policies at Al- Azhar University.

The current study used the "descriptive" approach, and the structured interview as a tool.

Also, a questionnaire was constructed to solicit expert opinions on the proposed vision of community partnership policies at Al-Azhar University in terms of its strategic orientation.

The study reached several results, including: The absence of effective follow-up to the implementation of community partnership policies at Al Azhar University within its strategic orientation.

The study presented several recommendations, the most important of which were: Developing operational plans that clarify detailed mechanisms for implementing community partnership policies, the phases and means of achievement within a specific schedule, the methods of funding them, responsibility for their implementation, and developing methods of their follow-up to ensure that relevant authorities are committed to implementing these policies.
