The study aimed to identify the performance of NGOs in providing financing, training, material capabilities, guidance, and marketing, as well as in providing projects that suit the needs of the market, and achieve the satisfaction of productive families, as study indicators to improve small projects for productive families, in addition to identifying constraints and proposals, and the most important planning indicators drawn To activate the performance of NGOs in improving small projects for productive families in the light of changes resulting from economic reform policies, especially for poor and low-income Egyptian families, through the use of a comprehensive social survey method Members of boards of directors and employees of such projects as a sample to study, so this approach is appropriate for the pattern of descriptive studies, the study found the following results: - that the performance of NGOs in improving the indicators of small projects for productive families have come at a rate (average).
