Sport currently plays an important role in the economic development of modern societies as it has become an industry based on the use of modern science, so it has become necessary to provide a system of electronic public relations through which sport can reach the global application of the concept of local work and global thought and from the viewpoint of the researchers that this research aims To identify the use of electronic public relations in achieving job satisfaction for workers in the sports sector at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research, its goals, and its procedures The research sample was chosen by the random, deliberate method, their number is (178) individuals from all employees at different administrative levels (35 exploratory samples, 143 basic samples).

One of the most important results of the research was the lack of experience of public relations employees towards electronic tools, the presence of means for electronic public relations but used by other departments Other than public relations, the salary is not commensurate with the academic degree, but it is commensurate with the job degree only.

The researchers recommended work to increase training courses for workers that help workers to renew ideas, develop and acquire new skills and knowledge that raise the level of their performance to work.

To them and help them in the process of career advancement, achieving the principle of equal opportunities in selecting committees, setting standards for rewards and incentives.
