Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of designing a widespread training environment based on the preferred training pattern for the development of digital skills and technological acceptance among the faculty members of Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, The descriptive method was used to prepare the theoretical framework and tools, and the experimental method to conduct the field experiment, and the research sample consisted of (30) faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, The first experimental group was studied with the individual training pattern, while the second experimental group was studied with the participatory training pattern, and the following research tools (cognitive test, note card, product quality assessment card, technological acceptance scale) were applied before and after, and after the statistical analysis of the results of the pre and post applications; Searching for the effectiveness of the widespread training environment based on the preferred training pattern in developing digital competencies and technological acceptance among the faculty members of the College of Education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, and the second experimental group with the training pattern excelled Communion, and ended up research to provide a set of recommendations and proposals.
