All known that fuken rules that the rules are adepoted by religion men with thier various views so research choose his related title.
Researcher divided his work into three sections included "Khaber mutawater and "Kaber Alahad " transferred by one Sahab, in addition to the protest of "Kaber Alahad " The Researcher also deal with the scholars via "Kaber Alahad "and the differentce with Al Sahabi judjment.
The Researcher summarized his work in Ebadat "worship and rising hands in praying and forbiddining the marriage due to privacy milk
