The current research presents a theoretical and applied framework that examines the relationship between resonant leadership and its impact on on organizational success, From the perspective of the resonant leadership, the researcher examined the effect of( mindfulness, hope, and compassion) on organizational success through two dimensions (efficiency and effectiveness), Depending on the method of intentionality sample was distributed (58) questionnaire managers and officials of the Second Education Rusafa Directorate, was the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis are (50) questionnaire, and researcher tested the hypotheses using the correlation coefficient (Spearman's) and analysis of simple linear regression, Most of the applied results of the research proved the validity of the hypotheses that were proposed, on the basis of which a set of conclusions and recommendations were formulated which included a number of methods necessary for the success of the work the Directorate General of Education.
