Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the reality of deploying computer simulation programs when teaching science and mathematics and their effectiveness in teaching and learning.

To determine the obstacles teachers, face that limit the use of primary level in public schools.

This study used questionnaires as a tool for information gathering, and it consisted of three areas: the extent of computer simulation program usage, and obstacles to use (administrative, technical, and personal) and also their effectiveness as a means of teaching.

The study sample consisted of 119 teachers; 60 Math teachers, and 59 Science teachers.

The research results to there are no statistically significant differences between science and mathematics teachers in the use of computer simulation programs variable.

The data showed that technical issues come in the first rank of the obstacles to the use of computer simulation programs, then personal challenges, and then administrative challenges.

Based on the reached results that have been reached, researchers recommend the following: Enrollment of math and science teachers in needed training courses in the use of simulation software, where the results showed that not receiving adequate training to the use of simulation software is one of the constraints that limit the teachers use of such programs Presenting material and moral incentives for teachers who use technology in the educational process in general and simulation programs, in particular, to continue to motivate and encourage other teachers on the usage of those programs.
