Abstract EN

Modern scientific evidence is one of the most significant results in the filed of modern scientific, technological and biological discoveries that is used to confront modern criminality by using the same technological means as it is used to commit it, and it has the accuracy and objectivity derived from its various scientific bases in detecting it, which makes it interrupted and determined in its evidentiary and persuasiveness which considered as the silent witness in a case that is not lying, wrong, and imprima, the criminal judge must present it rather than the other criminal evidence once he forms his/ her own conviction, therefore his criminal judgments are based on the required determination and certainty and according to the logic imposed by the law and accepted by the proper mind, this study seek to highlight the role of proof with modern scientific evidence in forming the personal conviction of the criminal judge with the evidence derived from it, and we concluded that modern scientific evidence provides more accurate and certain results than other traditional evidence in uncovering the mystery of crimes.
