تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية الاستثمار الجريء في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة و آليات تفعيل دوره في الجزائر باعتباره من أهم مصادر تمويل المشاريع في أغلب دول العالم.
و لقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة لكون الاستثمار الجريء يساهم في تعزيز فرص نجاح المشاريع الناشئة و بالنظر لتركز تمويل كل من المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و المشاريع الناشئة في الجزائر على خزينة الدولة فإن الاستثمار الجريء يعد بديلا تمويليا يخفف الضغط على الموازنة العامة من جهة و يعزز امكانية تطور المشاريع الناشئة من جهة أخرى الأمر الذي يتطلب ضرورة العمل على تشجيع الاستثمار الجريء في الجزائر و تقنينه إضافة إلى توفير البنية التحتية التكنولوجية التي تساهم في تعزيز ثقة المستثمرين و تحقق نجاح المشاريع الناشئة.
Abstract EN
Angel investment is one of the most important sources of financing Start-ups in a large number of countries, Which provides financial assets In addition to the angel investor's surroundings and relationships, which contributes to enhancing the chances of success.
As a result, the concentration of financing both SMEs and Start-ups in Algeria on the state treasury, this research paper attempted to highlight the role and importance of angel investment as a financing alternative that relieves pressure on the public budget on the one hand, and enhances the possibility of developing start-ups on the other hand due to the characteristics of this type of investment.
