From bygone years, and over the extension of civilizations and societies, and the divergence of minds and theories, man was and still is the source of progress and a vital pillar in human development called for by all social theorists, especially Ibn Khaldun and Malik bin Nabi, where they linked the progress of society and the resurrection of civilization with the human element equally between him and time and material resources as a trio to form the civilization dimension in Contemporary thought.

The representation of the human being in society takes several levels since eternity, and in this regard the youth are a wide and extremely important segment in society, and the progress of societies today is measured by what they possess of this gray matter represented by the youth.

The youth's acquisition of the characteristics of a good individual in society through familiarity with the value system paves the way for them to participate effectively in achieving the comprehensive development of various aspects of society with the rest of the other social strata, and this will not be achieved unless society, with all its social institutions and in particular the family institution, is able to contain youth and understand their peculiarities.

And treating their problems that they suffer, which are an obstacle to the network of direct family relationships in the first place, and the negative manifestations and behaviors caused by them have severe consequences for society as a whole.
