Administrative corruption is one of the most dangerous types of corruption, given its negative and harmful effects.

And from this, the phenomenon of administrative corruption has spread to the health sector in Algeria and has significantly affected public hospital institutions, although despite the major projects and the series of reforms that the state has pursued to advance the health sector, the sector in its reality is still witnessing a terrible decline in its services, so that the yield and quality remain ent and weak in some public hospital institutions, this can be attributed to the exacerbation of the phenomenon of administrative corruption.
