This is an analytical descriptive study in the grammatical evidence of al-Ashmouni in his commentary on the millennium ibn Malik al-Andalusi in the seventh century AH.

He organized a thousand verses in grammatical rules and called it the millennium.

This book faced a wide turnout by grammarians, so they explained it because of its great importance in grammatical rules and highlighted it.

On the grammatical witness, the study dealt with the grammatical witness issue in terms of its definition and types, and the study dealt with the personality of the Ashmonite and the most important features of this personality and its cultural sources, the grammatical doctrine he followed in directing evidence, then the approach he took in explaining the evidence of the millennium, and his position on citing these evidences, in his explanation of the Millennium Ibn Malik, and his position on the grammatical schools and opinions of scholars on the commentary of Ashmonite and the value of explaining his book among the books of grammar.
