The objective of the current research is to identify the reality of training in the development of voluntary work in schools in its three dimensions (knowledge related to voluntary work, community orientation, community decision-making skills) among primary school students.

The two researchers used the descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was prepared by them on a sample of (40) counselors in primary schools in the second Karkh education in Baghdad governorate.
