Because when the science of exegesis was for the sake of the sciences of Sharia and the highest degree of it, the saying about it without knowledge and delving into it and daring to it from those who are not worthy has a great blight and a grave danger, but rather is one of the most dangerous issues that have spread in our time.

How sad it is for the soul when we see many people dare to interpret the great Qur'an without knowledge and do not take account for that, so that their tongues do not stagnate or their hearts turn as if they have surrounded the Qur'an with knowledge, but it is astonishing that everyone who gives and bear the word of God bolds And they forgot or forgot that the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an is not a fever that is permissible for everyone without conditions or restrictions, with our acknowledgment that reciting and contemplating the Qur'an is a right and a duty for everyone, but interpreting it is not a right for every person like any other science.
