This study addressed the future population growth of the city of AL-Ameria and the availability of required areas of the land for the future expansion of the city until the year of goal 2041 with a description of the limits of the urban expansion of the city as well as study the possibilities of expansion inside and outside the master plan of the city, with the development of several alternatives for expansion through the use of geographic planning methods, Inductive methods and statistical work.

These methods include the Delphi method, the method of economic costs, weights, and some mathematical and statistical methods.

The final results showed that the first alternative to the West is the preferred alternative for expansion Future of the city.

Based on this, the principle of residential proximity was applied to the preferred alternative in order to create an urban fabric in this alternative according to geographical planning standards
