Abstract EN

The twelfth and thirteenth centuries AD was the flourishing of the art of photography on paper and manuscripts, where the Arab artist went to decorate literary and scientific books with drawings and pictures until he reached the level of creativity.

These manuscripts represent the first Islamic photography schools in the Abbasid period, this indicates that Islam did not prevent the use of images unless they were distracted from worship and evidence that it existed in different Islamic eras.

Kalila, DomnamakamatalHariri was the important books that decorate with drawings or what was called(almunamnamat) and The Arabic school was characterized by the Islamic character, and this was reflected in the features of the people and their clothes.

It was also characterized by simplicity and distance from the complexity and the drawing of light halos around the heads of the people and away from the stereotype which is rejected by the Islamic religion.
