Nowadays, information has become a commodity due to its importance and effective role in all fields of life.

This has led businesses to monopolize and sell it just like other goods.

From this stems the role of libraries and information centers in providing information.

The college libraries, as one type of university libraries, strive to pursue all scientific developments by means of organizing and classifying them in order to make them accessible to all beneficiaries.

The current study has surveyed all the libraries of all colleges of the university of Anbar and found that they require a lot of attention by the administrative staffs.

Appropriate recommendations have been made to improve the facilities of these libraries
