The research starts from the following problem: Why recidivism? What are the motivating and justifying contexts for oud? And in order to answer this, he used the survey method for a sample of returnees to crime in Banha Public Prison, which is 60 individuals, and it was found that recidivism is related to disjointed family conditions, poor economic conditions, unemployment, marginalization, poor efficiency of reform institutions' programs, and weak community acceptance of the released.
