In this research we will deal with the theoretical frameworks of public relations and their various applications in the institution, based on defining the concept of public relations by classifying definitions of public relations according to a historical ladder, then classifying them from aspects of communication, management and sociology, and we will also address the various theoretical frameworks of public relations that It discusses how to conduct public relations in the institution, and since public relations depends mainly on communication, we have discussed the types of communication that public relations use in institutions, As well as its dependence on the administrative and organizational side in running modern institutions.

As for the second topic, we will deal with the public's entries and the mental image of public relations, as well as strategic public relations that depend mainly on strategic research and planning in order to achieve effective management in institutions.
