Abstract EN

This research dealt the humaneness of financial dealings in Islam.

The pillars of this humaneness is represented in the correlation between this dealings and Islam as a Destination and purpose.

This humaneness appears, too, in attributing this dealing to Allah, and the Moslem belief that he is an agent for all in money management, as he an agent not owner, the real owner is Allah.

Beside that, Moslem worship Allah through his money as he worship him in the prayers.

The pillars of this humaneness is represented, too, in the approval of the financial legislation of nature, where Islam regards loving money as a nature and necessity for human being, The financial dealing also based on humanitarian not segregation, so Islam respect the dealing with non-Moslems, and preserves their rights.

One of the pillars of humaneness of financial dealing in Islam is regarding the Psychological side.

As it lay down the roles which take care of the people's benefits through activating the coming roles: regarding the excuse of ignorance, the facilitation and regarding the people's benefits.

This research show examples of the humaneness of financial dealing in Islam, such as regarding free well, satisfaction and acceptance in financial dealings, keeping the needed away of exploitation, caring of the weak and the unable to act of people.

From the examples ,too, pliability in dealing, and keeping the Individuals away of Cheating, deception and monopoly.

Beside All of the above; Islam Strengthens social ties, and solidifies human loyalty.
