Abstract EN

The human resource is an essential source for both industrial and service organizations to achieve sustainability, to do so, it's important to provide an appropriate work environment, and enhancing quality of health and safety procedures as well as encouraging organizations to provide appropriate work conditions through developing a certain standards and specifications such as (ISO45001), which deals with the health and safety of employees.

This research is as an attempt to explore the availability of (ISO45001) requirements in New Hammam Al-Alil Cement Factory.

The research tool was a checklist which was distributed to managers to specify the availability of these requirements.

The research conclude set of conclusions which indicates that the availability of those requirements in factory, and according to those conclusions many recommendations were suggested.
