The study deals with the Russian-Ottoman conflict and the attempt to control, by exploiting the Serbian government politically and militarily.

Russia pursued an expansionist policy and a struggle for influence.

Two methods were used to implement its first diplomatic project.

Since the beginning of the revolution, while the second represents military intervention, which made the Serbian territories the scene of a military conflict through fierce wars fought by the two sides, this eventually led to the Russians to expand their influence in the territory of the Ottoman Empire.
