In pre-Islamic Arab times, the pre-Islamic era was fragmented and divided into several units.

Each unit was self-contained, represented by the tribes that were considered the nucleus of the Arabian Peninsula society, which worked to gather individuals with whom the blood ties were linked.

The tribe was considered the basic entity of Arab societies, both political and social.

The Arab Peninsula before Islam contains many tribes, which differed by many historians and researchers to divide it; this refers to the capacity of the earth and the difficult natural conditions and the spread of Bedouin, each tribe separated from the other in its laws and relations and systems and classes as well.

Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out the tribal system that prevailed in pre-Islamic societies.
