The sample of the study consisted of a sample of (300) young men and women, randomly selected from various universities ranging in age from 17 to 24 years, and from different economic and social levels .

The research tools included the general data form, the household questionnaire for young people, the electronic bullying questionnaire (the researcher's preparation), and the research followed the descriptive and analytical method.

The results of the study found that there were statistically significant differences in the dimensions of family compatibility according to the variables of the study of sex in favor of females, older age and youth in the practical colleges, the high level of education for parents and mother work, the lowest number of family members and the high monthly income.

Among individuals in the research sample in the electronic bullying of young people depending on the variables study for the benefit of males and young people, for young people in theoretical colleges, low level of education for parents and non-working mothers, the number of members of the largest family and low monthly income.

The educational level of the mother was the most influential factor in the percentage of participation in the family compatibility of children by 74%.

Sex is the most influential factor in the percentage of participation in cyber bullying for children by 83% The relative weight to distance the family consensus was to agree with the parents first, then the consensus with the brothers, and finally the consensus with the relatives.
