The study sought to identify the reasons that lead to the reluctance of some teachers about the technical facilities, by identifying the reality of learning resources in schools, and to achieve the objectives of the study, which is to find out the reasons that lead teachers to refrain from technical facilities in the school was designed questionnaire (17) The study was applied to 40 educational personnel from school principals, agents, mentors, secretaries of learning resources, laboratory technicians, and computer makers as a sample of the study.

They were selected in the form of the study population consists of (66) general education schools in Dhahran.

The study showed many results: The higher percentage of teachers' reluctance to use technology is the need for training courses to help them deal with technology more flexibly, and to involve them in determining training needs.

The study reached several recommendations, including - To raise awareness about the importance of technical facilities, including the development of manuals for each technical facility, awareness programs and demonstration of access to facilities.

- Involve the educational staff by choosing their training needs, which helps the teacher to feel the problems he has through the courses he chooses.
