The study examined the administrative and financial integrity of the Iraqi government in the royal era in three areas: first: study the concepts and terms that are subject to research, and explain the nature of governance and management of the royal state in Iraq; second: study the functional exploitation in the monarchy, explaining the parliamentary elections and the employment of parliament , The policy of employment and the appointment of ministers, and the political employment of the judiciary; Third: disclosure of wealth and administrative behavior of the men of the monarchy, in which the conditions of the royal family, and the financial and administrative situation of ministers and officials, as well as the government's monitoring of the behavior of management To the State employees.
