Most of the humanities have been written and studied in different degrees for each of these sciences, but pruning and refining these sciences in accordance with each age, in terms of linguistic wording based on simplicity and sobriety, as well as correcting the use of scientific terms, and lay the foundations of new concepts in some of these sciences, the fact that he is not without research from new things is the effort of the researcher and as a result of extrapolating the texts in the subject in which he works, in turn, it lends renewal to that theme.

This is exactly what we have tried to do in this research by presenting the scientific constants agreed upon by specialists, in addition to some brief additions that benefit the student of science in his education of the eilm of Al-waqf and Al-aibtida'.
