Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of critical thinking among the teachers of art education in the light of some variables.

The sample of this study consisted of (150) teachers of art education, from schools of Directorate of Education for the First Amman district, for the scholastic year 2017/2018.

California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST) has been tested.

The results of the study indicate that: - The level of critical thinking among teachers of art education in the schools of Directorate of Education for the First Amman district is accepted educationally.

-There are statistically significant differences attributed to gender, differences in favor of females.

- There are statistically significant differences attributed to variable of scientific qualification, in favor of postgraduate studies.
