This study focuses on the concept of eloquence among modernists, which is still associated with the general framework of the old concept.

It also looks for a more modern concept that meets the requirements of digital world.

This topic has become necessary to be discussed at this time more than ever before, especially if we know that the old people’s attachment to the known concept of eloquence was due to their belief that the recognition of linguistic development means leaving the language free to deviate, and become more languages instead of one language.

This evolution will prevent people’s understanding of Koran and other religious texts.

We need a new concept of eloquence that preserves an old eloquence and recognizes its existence, as defined by ancient scientists with its temporal and spatial framework, and a modern eloquence that arose outside those boundaries.

This eloquence is what represents Arab contemporary thought, and various literature and sciences.
