Abstract EN

The features of (Negation ) in Arabic are varied according to the effect on the structure of the sentence by which it can play some many functions.

So, (Not) can be so limited if it describes the specific concepts, otherwise it can so abroad if it denotes the common concepts.

This can be seen clearly in the past tense which denotes invocation ( Dua'a) , and the present tense which refers to the present time and future.

We have, also (Not) that is used for gender based on the negation of gender.

Moreover, we have another type of (Not) which effects on the semantic meaning of the sentence.
