تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر إيرادات الجباية العادية على الميزانية العامة في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1992-2018) من خلال مكانة الجباية العادية في إيرادات الميزانية العامة و كذا قدرتها على تمويل النفقات العامة وذلك باستخدام منهج التكامل المشترك في إطار نماذج ARDL بالاستعانة ببرنامج (Eviews.
10).
خلصت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى وجود تكامل مشترك بين إيرادات الجباية العادية (Impd Ddn Tva Tmb) و الميزانية العامة وجود أثر إيجابي لإيرادات الجباية العادية على الميزانية العامة في الجزائر هذا يدل على أنه كلما ارتفعت إيرادات (Impd Ddn Tva Tmb) سيؤدي إلى ارتفاع الميزانية العامة
Abstract EN
The aims of this study is to measure the impact of ordinary collection revenues on the public budget in Algeria during the period (1992-2018), through the regular collection position in the public budget revenues as well as its ability to finance public expenditures, using the cointegration approach in the framework of ARDL models with the help of (Eviews.
10).
The study concluded that there is a cointegration between the ordinary collection revenues (Impd, Ddn, Tva, Tmb) and the public budget, There is a positive impact of ordinary collection revenues on the public budget in Algeria.
This indicates that the higher the revenues (Impd, Ddn, Tva, Tmb) the more the public budget will increase.
