Abstract EN

This research addresses the Islamic jurisprudence objectives of Imam Al-Juwayni, the Imam formed his understanding from the inductive reading of the texts, that clearly appears in his authored Islamic jurisprudence books, these books encompassed in many contexts using various terminology and sentences which refer to the Islamic jurisprudence objectives, the Imam relates those objectives with practical application.

Among these applications is the State fiscal policy in his theory he made it obligatory to save the surplus of the funds of the State treasury, to diversify the sources of income of the State, and that public spending shall not be arbitrary, rather, shall be firmly specified in terms of the amount and the aspect of spending.
