This study was completed with the aim of identifying the components of entrepreneurial thought and the extent of its impact on the system of small and medium enterprises, which required delving into the folds of these concepts and analyzing the links between them from reality through a questionnaire, which was distributed to the managers of some institutions, the Wilayat of Mostaganem, where the findings showed that The success of the institutions under study and the development of entrepreneurship in them is linked to the performance of support bodies and programs, and also to the extent to which the spirit and culture of entrepreneurship is available in these institutions.
