تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر الجباية البترولية على سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري للفترة (1990-2019) باستخدام نموذج (ARDL) و أظهرت نتائج التقدير إلى وجود علاقة توازنية في الأجل الطويل بين المتغيرين و إن حدث بعض الاختلال في الأجل القصير يتم تصحيحه كما يوجد سببية باتجاه واحد من الجباية البترولية نحو سعر صرف وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة انتهاج سياسة جبائية نفطية مرنة تشجع الاستثمار كما يجب تنشيط المحددات الحقيقية لسعر الصرف و التخلص من سياسة التأثير الإداري في تحديده
Abstract EN
This study aims to estimate the impact of oil levy on the exchange rate dinar from 1990 to 2019 using (ARDL) application.
The study the relationship between oil levy and the exchange rate is balanced in the long term even if some imbalance occurs in the short term; it is corrected, As there is a causal relationship from petroleum levy towards the exchange rate.
The study has recommended the necessity adopting a flexible a policy of oil levy that encourages investment, the real determinants of the exchange rate, should also be activated whereas the policy of administrative influence on its r determination should be eliminated.
