This research paper deals with the content of pandemics theory in Islamic jurisprudence, by examining the various provisions relating to them and demonstrating the possibility and validity of adapting the corona virus to the provisions established by jurists, can the conditions for theory of epidemics be applied to the corona pandemic?.

if we consider corona virus as a pandemic in sharia, then this allows answering many of the jurisprudential problems that resulted from this pandemic.

this paper includes some of the applied models that were caused by the corona pandemic, and how to apply sharia rulings to it by verification of the effective cause (applying a general rule to an individual case).
