يهدف محتوى المقال إلى مناقشة موضوع يبقى متجددا باستمرار ولم يتم حسمه من ناحية السجالات النظرية التي ما تزال تطرح حوله فمفهوم المجتمع المدني مثل مادة خصبة للدراسات الفلسفية و الاجتماعية و السياسية منذ القرن السابع عشر و يحتل اليوم موقع الصدارة في التحليلات الاجتماعية و السياسية.
و من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها التأكيد على تحول ذات المفهوم إلى أداة تحليلية في العلوم الاجتماعية و السياسية و إلى قوة معيارية في مجال النقد السياسي كما أنه لا يتواجد في فراغ مستقل و مكتف بذاته بل متداخل مع الميادين الأخرى و ينهل منها معظم موارده كما يتفاعل مع مختلف الفواعل المجتمعية رسمية كانت أم غير رسمية
Abstract EN
This article discusses a topic that is constantly being renewed, which is the concept of civil society, that has been a fertile subject for philosophical, social and political studies since the nineteenth century, today it occupies the forefront in social and political analyses, rather, it has turned into an analytical tool and a normative force in the field of political criticism, it does not exist in q vacuum but is intertwined with other fields and takes most of its resources from it.
