SummaryForeign policy is the mirror that reflects the internal situation of states and their capacities to realize their interests and put an effective work strategy capable of adapting to changes on the international arena, and despite the internal political changes happened in neighboring countries in Tunisia, Libya and Mali and the instability which reigns there and which had harmful consequences on the political and security situation of Algeria and on its economic interests, it continued to adopt a vague and hesitant foreign policy, which indicates the need to adopt a more effective foreign policy
